The Long Version

How I got here, and why here matters.

I started out as a linguist. I worked as a contractor for the CIA, translating, interpreting, paying attention to what people said and didn't say. I learned to read rooms the way most people read books. This became my most powerful skill.

From there, I became a journalist. I lived in China. I wrote about business, well-being, and interviewed hundreds of leaders from all industries. I founded an editorial outlet for entrepreneurs that taught me how big visions get translated into actual results.

I continued that career in the US, working with leaders in tech and politics. I gave it my all, but discovered there was an invisible ceiling that many just couldn’t crack, myself included. I hustled harder, became more brilliant, and somehow still ended up with anxiety, a failed marriage, and a constant sense that somehow, this should have turned out differently.

And then, in a moment of complete and utter realization, I decided to change the story. My story. I dug deep into psychology, neuroscience, somatics and spirituality, working with some of the most powerful spiritual leaders on the planet, and went looking for the ultimate answer. I trained at Harvard. I traveled the world. All trying to answer the simple question: “How do I build and live a life I truly love?”

And this became my mission. I built the Me First! Method out of what I needed and couldn't find. I tested it on myself first. It worked! I tested it on others. It worked!

“What I built isn't a self-help framework. It's a transformation. It dismantles the lies, reconnects you to your dreams, and recalibrates your body, mind and soul.”

Today, I split my time between the US, China and Germany. I coach high-achieving women. I write. I speak. I spend time with my beautiful family. I live a life I truly love, and I am hell-bent on making sure that everyone else gets that opportunity to do the same.
